 Highlighted Graphs:

A heat map of median 2 bedroom rental prices per U.S. County.

A Paretto of overall monthly rent distribution for Studio apartments in the U.S.

Heat map of Median Household Income per U.S. County.

Tiered histogram showing the average afforability for a county based on its median 2 bedroom rental price and rural-urban influence (1 being the most urban). Negative affordability implies expected loss each month.
